Maps and Directions to HEARTWOOD Mindfulness Practice Center

HEARTWOOD Mindfulness Practice Center is located in the Longfellow neighborhood of Minneapolis, near Minnehaha Falls.

HEARTWOOD is located approximately 11 blocks west of the Minneapolis River boundary between Minneapolis and Saint Paul, and 4 blocks south of Lake Street.

HEARTWOOD is also accessible by Metro Transit bus route #24. This bus stops on the corner of either 36th Ave and East 34th Street or 38th Avenue and East 34th Street — both less than one block away.

Coming from the West
From I-94 or the Crosstown Highway 62, follow Highway 55. It is easily accessed from Highway 55 and 38th Street.

Coming from the East
Off I-94, exit Cretin Avenue. Head south to Marshall Avenue, turn right (going west). Take the Lake Street bridge (Marshall Avenue becomes Lake Street in Minneapolis) to 36th Avenue. Take left (going south) on 36th Avenue. Take a left on 34th Street.
