Days of Mindfulness

A day of practicing mindfulness in silence to refresh body and mind, letting go of external responsibilities and distractions. An excellent way to deepen one's mindfulness practice. Bring a bag lunch to eat mindfully and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Schedule for the day:
10AM - 4PM: Sitting, walking and eating meditation; dharma talk

Monthly Days of Mindfulness, held at Heartwood, and are by donation.
